Michael Vick is Sorry.

76345074.jpg Michael Vick has this to say about his recent doggy abuse scanadal:

“I wanna apologize for all the things that I’ve done and I’ve allowed to happen… I want to apologize to all the young kids out there for my immature acts. What I did was very immature, so what that means is I have to grow up. I totally ask for forgiveness and understanding as I move forward to bettering Michael Vick the person, not the football player. I take full responsibility for my actions. We all make mistakes. I made a mistake and used bad judgment… Those things just can’t happen.

Dog fighting is a terrible thing and I didn’t reject it. I’m upset with myself.

Through this situation, I found Jesus and asked him for forgiveness and I’ve turned my life over to God. I think that’s the right thing to do. I think it will help me as a person. I’ve got a lot to think about in the next year or so… I will redeem myself. I have to.”

I’m not sure if I’d consider electrocuting dogs “immature” so much as maybe…sick, or twisted, or psychotic. Lock this guy up and throw away the key. He better do a lot of praying now that he’s found Jesus. God can’t be too happy right now. After all, all dogs go to heaven, right?
